Contact support on WhatsApp with the channel name, approximate time of the issue, and any useful non-sensitive details. See the troubleshooting guide for self-checks first.
Choose a plan on the pricing page, then follow the Order & Activation guide. Packages are requested on WhatsApp — there is no automatic checkout. Paid activation requires server public IP whitelisting after payment confirmation.
