3. Free Trial Policy
We offer a free trial so customers can evaluate our service before purchasing. The approved trial includes 10 simultaneous connections for 12 hours and starts on first playback. IP whitelisting is not required for trial access.
4. Payment & No Refund Policy
All payments are final. Once the service is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- Provide accurate server public IP details for paid package activation

- Sharing access beyond purchased limits
- Using the service for illegal streaming activities
Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination without refund.
7. Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service without notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
